Current weight 74kg. I'm used to net 1200 kclas everyday , but i do a lot of sports so i'm used to eat 2000 kcals then netting 1200

I just set my own amount of calories. My BMR is 1850, my TDEE 2500, so i'm currently at 2000 kcals for day and i'm burning almost 500 calories everyday with sport. So actually my net is 1500 kcals. Lost 13lbs in 50 days :D

If you fit your macros it's ok. Also consider that when you eat that low you can't restart eating too much and double your calories when you will get to your goal. Just be sure to fit your macros and slowly increase your calories when you're done and i'm sure u will be ok. I'm actually eating 1400kcal @day and i'm a male.…

Your metabolism slow off and i just tried it out. I'm currently eating 1300 kcal and i don't look more able to eat 2500 kcal without increase my weight.
