I am 5'2" and currently 180.0... I would like to get down to 136.4 and that will be a 65lb weight lose. Not sure if I want to go much smaller but will decide when I get down there...

Ok so I am starting the 30day Shred tonite... Wish me luck and I will let you know how it goes... How do you log it for exercise?? How do you know how many calories you burn?? Do you really lose that much weight in 30 days?? Please share!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!

I sit at a desk all day long also.. But when I get home I try to move as much as possible and I make sure I pack my snacks, breakfast and lunch the night before so I don't get the urge to grab something someone is ordering just because I forgot my lunch... Good Luck on your journey!!!!

I have been on WW forever and I never seemed to lose any weight. I started MFP on 2/26/12 and I am down 15.4 lbs already. Not sure which is better but I seem more motivated on MFP. I have gotten several of my friends to join too.. Love it!!!
