I started playing WoW when BC dropped. I created a Nelf Warrior named "Pasar" on the Thunderlord server. I got him up to level 25 before I left for basic training... I couldn't wait to graduate, so I could play again. Pasar is now a Fury Warrior Panda, but still, my main after all of these years.

Teleportation, it would be nice to be able to hop all around the world whenever I want.

I would start slowly, but you should be good. You walk everywhere, so you probably have a pretty solid fitness base to work from. Try throwing in a bit of running into your walks. Like 100 yards to start with, and keep increasing your distance.

I listen to Dubstep (iheartradio app on the "BASS" station) when I workout. It makes me feel like a badass when I'm lifting.

I would start lifting right now. It is a great way to lose fat! It will help you on your weight loss journey. You could always start with 5lb weights and youtube videos.

Unless I got it out of the cow myself, I wouldn't do it. Too much can go wrong with milk that hasn't been properly pasteurized.

^This... I find lifting to be a lot more fun than an hour long cardio sweat session. That stuff gets boring quick.

Awesome! You seem to be going on the right track! 1.5 miles isnt very long, so when your training for running, run the 1.5 as fast as possible, its nice to be able to run a 5k slowly, but that would hurt your 1.5 time. I have another PT test coming up this Monday... :sad:

I'm in the Air Force currently. If you would like advice on how to increase your run time/push ups/sit ups, please let me know. I work in the medical standards side of things, so I can give you exact numbers.

I take C4 for a preworkout, and creatine and whey protein after my workout. I've been having good results with this.

No one lives forever, no one. But with advances in modern science and my high level income, it's not crazy to think I can live to be 245, maybe 300. Sorry... I couldn't help it.

Looks like its time for new shoes. You can put some moleskin on your blisters for the time being until they are healed.

Keep with it! You will get stronger/bigger. It's awesome when you are first starting out. Make sure that you are getting the proper nutrition though. Try not to limit your calories too much, you gotta feed your muscles. Have you attempted benching with the smith machine to get proper form down?

Some of my best gym days are when I wasn't feeling 100%. If you happen to be in pain, I wouldn't force it, that deserves a rest day.

I rock Chuck High Tops or New Balance Minimus. I prefer the Chucks, because then you get that little bit of "nerd culture" in your workouts.

I want to exercise at the gym. Less distractions, more equipment. Constant motivation from people that are bigger/stronger than me. You can also seek advice on proper form.

ON Gold Standard Whey. I love the double chocolate. It is some pretty good stuff. My wife loves it with one scoop protein and one cup almond milk.

Are you increasing the resistance/duration of your exercises? Or are you just running through the motions. You have to change up your routine sometimes. Perhaps try dropping your carbs down a bit.
