  • I eat oatmeal every morning! I found a HungryGirl recipe where if you put in 2 cups of water (or milk) and 1/3 cup of oatmeal and just cook it longer, it gives you a huge amount of food (I'm super hungry in the mornings) and very low calories. I usually add some sort of fruit in with it - like a banana or pumpkin. Yum!
