I'm in the same boat, cut calories and exercise...that's how I have been losing it. I try to cut out as much proccessed as I can and buy as much fresh as possible...Good luck!!!!

I don't mind the sweating, it's a badge of honor for me, I'm just always nervous that I will smell. I always get nervous when someone gets on the machine next to me just in case I do. lol,

I want to stay active now that I lost this weight (not quite there yet) I'd like to do a bike race one day! (love my bike) I love the physical side of me that I have found since losing and I'll be looking forward to anything that comes up because now I can!

yep me too!!! down to 204 now and that's since this last March. I wasn't too crazy with my life before but man, I woke up!!!! 4.1 to get into the onederland!

I haven't got there yet but will real soon. Not sure how I will handle it either. I know now that I love riding my bike, love the gym and just love to be busy doing things, I like to eat healthier too. So all I have learned will help out later. well that's good to know and thank you. Even with exercise and the carbs going up on MFP, is that too many then? Or should I just stick to that number given?

I need to lose more weight, I haven't reached my goal yet. maybe another 35 lbs.

thank you, I can always use the extra help, what's your carb amounts with doing exercise? i workout 7 days a week normally and weight train every other day, I also ride my bike a Lot...what should my carbs be at? Is 7 days a week too much cardio?

welcome.........one day at a time worked for me when I first started, with the weight dropping I became more active. Now there is no stopping me. So again, Welcome and Congrats on your new beginning!

We can do this!!!! We'll be fit in no time!!!! that said, I feel better than I ever have losing the weight, still got a bit more to go but learned to love gym, biking etc. etc. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
