Yes, I definitely had improvements! Some of the more impressive improvements: Day 1 Day 60 Power knees 89 124 Power Jumps 14 61 Globe jumps 4 9 suicide jumps 6 20 push up jacks 22 39 power jacks 35 61 I've got a challenge group starting next week for anyone interested. Try adding a protein shake to start your day. Protein is the best thing you can eat to curb hunger. It fuels your body its great to have first thing in the morning or for lunch!

Yes you can build muscle under fat! I did TurboJam last year and loved it! It may take time, but you'll see results, you can feel the muscles under the tissue getting stronger and the more cardio you do the fat will burn away. Just stick with it! Yea, you'll get stronger. Your average person starting out with an advanced level program like Insanity and P90X can't get through the entire set of workouts on day one! Modify the exercises for yourself and work your way up. Just give it your all, no matter how your doing it!

Milk = COW SECRETIONS. There are great alternatives. Milk is for a calves!! Just my opinion :)

The more you workout, the stronger you'll get and your body will get used to it. You should probably be taking a post workout drink that helps replenish you and help prevent sore muscles. Drink tons of water!

When I was doing TurboFire, followed the schedule. I may not have done it everyday, but I went in order. If you don't have the energy to get through, just modify! Go at your own pace!

Emme, Are you taking a protein shake? You know shakeology is low calorie, nutrient rich! If you're toning and losing inches, I wouldn't be terribly concerned with the numbers on the scale. You know muscle weighs more than fat. So you may be burning fat, but building muscle. I didn't see the weightloss when I first started…

No problem. None of the DVDs come with a heart monitor, I just bought mine at ****s sporting goods along with some weights. The cheapest one I found was about 39 bucks.

Hi depends on your current level of fitness. Cardio is essential for burning calories and if you can get some strength training in to tone your butt and thighs at the same time you can kill 2 birds with one stone. I'll message you some more info!
