Perhaps on a Sunday (or whenever you have free time) cook a few dishes (soups, salads, meats, fish) etc, healthy ones/things you enjoy eating put them in the tupperwares (label them Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri) and put the rest in the freezer. Tough call. I like vodka & diet tonic w/ a splash of lime. You could always ask them to put a splash of juice in it to give it a little bit of flavor. I think the earlier you drink it the better and also, you can always dance at the bar if there's dancing (then you can burn some calories.. ;-) ) good luck!
