I am retiring in July and want to lose 10 lbs before then so I can start my retirement at a more healthy weight my SW 152lbs MyCw is 151.5 my GW is 135 I will log in daily to stay motivated Good luck everyone

I worked out yesterday that I hope to be at goal for xmas (then I ate chocolate!!!!!!!!!) need to be accountable can I be added too please thanks happy to help if you need some x

There is research to suuport all of the things on here i.e some people say breakfast should be biggest meal but just recently research showed it made no difference I think it is all about finding what works for once you get that sorted the weight will come off Good luck x

we all get days when we feel like this but to quote a famous Scot "if at first you dont succeed try try try again" I find logging is the one thing that works but it isnt foolproof hope next week is better x

I can't imagine the pain of losing a sibling look after yourself, be kind to yourself and when the time is right the weight will be easier to shift you need your head to be in the right space Maybe in time you will be able to get your health checked out and begin gentle exercise and weight loss but you need to grieve first…

This sounds like what I have just started doing I have never really wanted food first thing but everyone says you should eat breakfast so I used to take porridge now I wait till I am hungry and it is usually lunchtime Lets hope it helps me too x:smooched:

I slipped too but back on to it now and chocolate is all gone thank goodness just think about all the good things you have done and focus on that instead of a wee slip x

A friend bought me a bag made of the same stuff they use for wet suits with a zip and an airfreshner thing inside with dog bags in the lid at a country show in UK it clips to your belt but all safe inside I use it all the time with t mine xxx
