I don't have trouble with the eating on the weekends, but the last few weekends have been special events (birthdays, weddings, celebrations) so I have been drinking alot which I know are "empty" calories. I try to increase my water intake during the week and workout more.

Both is fine. I find working out in the morning gets my day started and I feel accomplished. But due to my work schedule, I end up working out more in the evening now.

I first want to applaud you for sharing your feelings and admitting it to yourself. I was diagnosed with Depression on my 30th Birthday (Sept. 2011) and since then I have also been dignosed with IBS which they say comes from Depression and stress. I have heard those comments all my life. I come from a family where everyone was thin expect me. All I can say is keep doing what you are doing. Losing weight and maintaining it, is a "lifestyle change" not a "diet". You know your body better than anyone else!
