No-butter banana bread! Instead of butter/shortening (the recipe I have calls for 1/3rd cup) I put one single serve container of light yogurt instead! No butter and they taste the exact same! Then I make mini-muffins with the batter and bake each pan for about 12 minutes. Baby banana muffins. YUM.

Today is my first zero-soda day (yesterday was my last one) and I haven't touched one yet! (for me that is really saying something!) I've been putting away the water like crazy! Started taking protein powder to supplement my protein (and had a lovely shake with breakfast).
