Great job! I come – 50 lbs in 10 months and it is takes some efforts, I just can imagine how mentally strong you are doing it in 3 months’ time. I drink black tea, quite strong. Not sachet but infusion. Find it best to fight against it. Water did not help. Coffee - not more than cup per day , in my previous life :) I used it 5- 8 cups per day. Green tea is not bad, but then I become turbo mode, which ends some moments later and you looking where is fridge
