I have a Polar HRM that has a chest strap. I think it gives pretty accurate results which is nice that you don't have to worry about guessing how many calories you have burned. It was around $100 so it's kind of an investment. Good luck!

www.caloriesperhour.com That's a pretty decent website to figure out how many calories you have burned. I would reccomend getting a HRM in the future so you can be totally sure how many calories you have burned when you work out. Good luck!

I used to do the same thing and then never got around to them. So I stopped. I don't log it until I actually do it. And if that means I don't get to it until late at night and not everyone sees, that's ok

I'm reading the book, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and it's super good so far. I also read the entire series of "The Black Dagger Brotherhood" by JR Ward. If you like vampires and some heated romance you'll love these books! I promise! The whole Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evonvich is super funny!!!
