Great job everyone! I'm looking at my goal and I think I set it too high but I'll do my best to get there in the next 7 weeks. Home today with the kiddos and looking forward to a nice relaxing day. Hoping to get a run in while they are down for a nap or at least a workout/shred with Jillian. We'll see.

Great job everyone!!! 60 lbs is so awesome!!! I'm so happy I'm apart of this group! Offical WI for me tonight. The scale showed another lb off which is awesome. I'm hoping to get a run in while the kids are down for a nap but I might have to settle for Jillians 30 shred.

Empty the house of bad food and stock up on fruits and veggies when it's that time of the month. Drink lots of water to help with retention. I have a IUD so I don't get my monthly vistor anymore while I have it in. Good luck.

Definitely water weight. Sometimes when I have a big meal or eat foods i don't normally do I gain a bunch but with in a few days, with lots of water, the weight comes off and then some. Keep at it. You can do this!

Have you tried the skull candy ear buds? The ones that came with my iphone just don't fit my ears. They stay in really well while I'm jogging, I have the sweat problem too.

Morning mommies!!! I'm down 2.2 lbs today to 183.8!!!! Sweet!! I'm really hoping for another 6 lbs this month but as the end of the month gets closer that's probably not going to happen. I have 2 weeks left and that's a lot of weight to loose in 2 weeks. Well I'll get as close as I can. How is everyone doing?

Morning Girlies!!! I'm down 183.8 today!!! Woot Woot!!! I'm hoping for more by tomorrow for my offical WI at WW. My goal is to get to my 10% goal by the end of April. We'll see how it goes. :smile:

Have you guys filled out your FAFSA forms? I went back to school last year and qualified for $2,400 in grants and fincial aid. It pays for all my tuition for 12 credits a semester.

My last few days hasn't been great and I need to kick it up a notch. Today is water day and making sure I get my run in tonight. Lunch will be at a greek place so it's going to be up there in calories so I knwo I'm going to have to pump up the volume with my workout tonight.

Yeah I would say if you have to eat, eat something lighter like a salad or an apple. Something heavy will stil be in your system and body when it comes to your morning WI.

So after yesterday's lunch I feel so bloated. And to make matters worse, I wasn't able to work out yesterday and I can't today. Up .8 today. The sodium over the weekend really kicked my butt. :( Hopefully next week goes better!! Got on the treadmill yesterday and had my fastest mile so far at 12 min!!!
