I got one for that reason - that and my feet. That is when I learned how uncoordinated I am LOL. I cant jump straight for anything. I still thing it was a good investment. My girls have used it and now my grandson thinks he has a trampoline!

I was always told that breastfeeding burns a good 500 calories a day... I would add that to whatever your min calorie intake is PLUS your exercise calories. The 500 burned is just from producing milk.

Alot of people eat low fat and low sugar items and dont really need to. If that is you try using full fat items (or low fat instead of non fat).

My cousin is doing the PINK method and doing very well on it. I dont really know the details of the plan but she loves it. She has posted a few pics of her meals on FB and they look delish. She says her daughter even likes what she is cooking. She says the exercise is kicking her butt lol.

First of all the scale pisses me off! I stick to my calories (and I eat my exercise calories) to a T! And I am exercising daily. The first 17 days is mainly lean protein, veggies, fruit, and probiotics. The next 17 days you add more items. So on and so forth. My problem was last the first 17 days lol.

You can also rinse off the canned veggies or buy the no sodium canned veggies. Frozen is still better than the canned.
