My cousin is like that. She is doing the PINK method and losing very fast like that. I try not to let it get to me either way. I just congratulate her. When she tries to sell me on the PINK method I just remind her that I like food so I cant stick to a plan like that and I am ok with my slow weight loss.

I suggest when you are changing the way you eat or exercise that you check it before and after each meal as well as before and after you exercise. It will change quickly if eating healthy and exercise is new to your body!

When I have veggies (fresh) that are about to go bad I throw them in the CP with broth and maybe some frozen veggies to make a good low cal veggie soup.

We bought one from the dollar store for about 3 bucks... nothing fancy but gets the job done! I like using it cause I dont want to overeat trusting my eyes or under eat cause I want ALL my food lol
