It is amazing when you enter things into your food diary and realize just how much sugar, calories, carbs, etc. are in food.

I was using MFP every day, but then I got discouraged due to some stress in my life. I am back using it again and hoping to get things back on track. Seeing the numbers in front of me helps deter me from eating things I shouldn't be. :flowerforyou:

I am in on this one. Soda is a huge weakness for me. I am trying to drink more water. My goal is 10 glasses of water a day.
