No you aren't crazy. You're just used to being heavier. Now, you aren't... but you still feel "chunky" They saw you with 50 extra pounds!!! If you lost 50 lbs... trust me, they'll notice :) relax and enjoy yourself. Everything you are thinking is in your head, not theirs. :flowerforyou:

Idk if it pertains to you, but I've heard of people using Weight Watchers not losing while also using MFP because you count veggies as no calorie (or no point) foods in Weight Watchers, when they do have cals... Disclaimer:::: I've never done Weight Watchers... so I could be totally wrong. lol

I burn more calories doing the treadmill at 15 incline at a slower pace than I burn on the elliptical at a faster pace in the same amount of time. So I say the treadmill lol

Yes they work. Well, low carb diets do. I personally, don't believe you need 300+g of carbs in a day..... (At least not the average person anyway) That is insane to me. I've never heard of a NO carb diet.... also sounds equally insane to me. lol .... You need some carbs.

I agree. Its hard to look at some one yelling for YOU to get in shape when they are fat. Point blank. Ty :) I was under the impression that you wanted a 1000 calorie deficit per day to lose 2 lbs per week? See, I'm totally lost. 20% below TDEE would still be almost 2100 cals a day for me. I can really lose weight eating that much?! Does alcohol count? I could drink some of that :laugh: jk :ohwell:

No, my current TDEE is 2602. But yea, It's getting complicated lol .... it always feels complicated to me... although I know its not supposed to be.

This is why I'm building my own gym in the garage. Just a few basics to get started lol I'm too nervous to go into a gym, and my husband would rather me home than in a gym with the "boys" anyway haha Plus he wants to do it with me, so it's better that way. :)
