I have lost 39lbs in 3 months and 1 week. so i am assuming that i will loose the other 10 in the next 3-4 weeks. making it 4 months total.

Hi, i have just gotten into rowing, i really like it i have been doing this at my gym, i am not ready for water rowing just yet i would just tip it and get wet LOL.anyway i feel a but awkward rowing at the moment i think i need to work on technique. Snap Fitness has a great array of weight equipment. They have a few around Perth. check them out. the best part i like is, if your a member of one, you have access to all of them in the country. they are also 24 hour.

Common sense tells us a pound of muscle and a pound of fat have to weigh the same, but they do differ in density. This means if you look at five pounds of muscle and five pounds of fat side by side, the fat takes up more volume, or space, than the muscle.
