Think I'll join this thread. I've had three binge days, since saturday, felt incredibly guilty about them. Today is however the start to a new binge free journey as hard as its going to be. I'll offer my support to you all, feel free to add me as a friend, so we can support each other.

At the age of 18 you become responsible for your own actions and health. Younger than 18 and your body is still growing and developing and it is important we eat the necessary foods and not restrict our diet. Maybe. Im not too sure just a guess x
