For me you could be everything from European (except the nordic countries like Sweden, Norwey, etc.), American (North and South), Canada, Russa, Poland, probably even some kind of Arabic. But I think it's in general difficult to select the nationality by the look of a person. Or what do I look like? I couldn't tell.

It's holiday ... enjoy it and don't worry to much. Eat what you want to and go back to your calorie work, when your home. You gain faster when you feel guilty (for real) - so just enjoy and relax!

In Germany you can buy cheese sausages with bacon in the supermarkt or at the butcher. No need to do it yourself.

I prefer quark over any kind of yoghurt, if I wanna eat it as dessert or in combination wih something sweet or fruits. I use normal yoghurt with my indian meals. I tried greek yoghurt, but for me, I don't need it. ;-)

That's right, but it all about the quantity. If you don't eat it too often and look for organic soy from europe (not the genetically modified stuff from the U.S.), I think it's fine.

There is so much yummy food out there and I wanna eat it all. So I calculate all the time to get enough calories together to have a delicious meal - even when it means I have to cut breakfast and lunch to save the calories for the dinner. Argh! Or I go and work out just to have more calories to eat. Haha - I'm obsessed…

I'm vegetarian and have always been a healthy eater. I never (even as a child) liked sweet stuff, I don't have to watch myself here. For me it was always and still is hard to watch the amount of what I eat, because if it tasts good (and it mostly does), I can eat tons of it.

Right. I'm fasting 2 days and eat 5 days normal - not the other way round. ;-) Thanks for the advice - that's what I thought and did the last have year. But I upped my exercises a bit in the last week and then wasn't sure. This night I woke up with hunger pain - think I did a bit to much exercise for my 500cal. Will not…

At the beginning I avoid working out at my fasting days, but with the time I got used to the lower calorie amout on my fasting days and feel energized enough to work out. So the question with the exercise calories came just up the last weeks since I started working out on my fasting days. I don't know what the book says,…

I'm doing the 5:2 fasting too since a half year and feel good with it. I'm just wonderung about one thing - when I exercise on my fasting days - do/should I eat my exercise calories back? For example today I'm fasting, means I normally eats only 500cal. But I also went to work by bike and to the gym, so I burned 825cal by…

Green tea. That's it. ;-)

Probably it would help eating other veggies than cabbage - like carrots, spinach, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, etc. I can imagine that to much cabbage will upset your stomach, because it causes gases. ;-)
