hi there, I'm doing 5/2 too. How many calories do you eat on your fasting days? Good luck and best wishes Mimi
-
1600kcl are 1600kcl, doesn't matter where they coming from (beside it's more healthy to eat 1600kcl in veggies than in sweets). And where is the problem with splitting them just in two meals? Only this works for you doesn't make it a rule for everybody.

No, you can't eat to much veg. If you eat not only vegs and eat different kinds of, everything should be fine. What do you eat beside your vegs and how much vegs do you exactly eat?
-
That's what I do and enjoy.
-
I gained 1kg and I already lost it again doing a fasting day. So everything is fine! Yeah.

How much fits in a measure cup? I always ask myself how much is one cup, because I have cups in different sizes in my cupboard. And I have measure cups in different sizes too. Can any American out there help - think this is something american, isn't it?
-
Oh, that's interesting. But you can by Mozzarella and Mozarella is a "raw milk cheese". Or do you have a special version?
-
Thanks for the information, sorry I got it wrong. But I still think "natural cheese" is something different.

Natural cheese made with 2% milk .... ehm...and where is the rest 98% coming from? Cheese is normaly a milk product, that's what I call natural cheese. This stuff from Kraft sounds disgusting. Happy we don't have stuff like that over here.

When I read topics like this, I'm realy asking myself how you can get in weight trouble when you have problems with eating 1200 calories a day. You say normaly you eat arount 300 and 700 calories a day. So are there days when you eat 5000 calories? Because otherwise I don't understand where the weight comes from you want…

My family is a potato family - when I lived at home we had potatos five times a week - mostly pan fried, mash potatos, just cooked, potato salad, etc. No one on my family is overweighted. Now I 'm living on my own for over ten years, I still like potatos and eat them, but not as often as my parents. Potatos are great!

I'm a snowboarder - there are not to many snowbunny with a board under their feet. Especially you'll never meet some when you board backcountry. ;-)

Just drink around 2 liters of water. It doesn't matter to drink it in small oder big glasses. If you drank your two liters, just add eight glasses on MFP and everything is fine. That's how I do it.

That's why I do a salt free day every monday - it helps to lose the water. And with salt free I mean totaly salt free. I'm eating plain rice or with some fried veggies with no salt at all. Doesn't tast good, but it works.

Both sides (the gluten haters and the grain lovers) just want to sell (products, books, lifestyles, substitudes, etc.). So eat everything you like (would be better if it is unprocessed stuff, but hasn't to be only) and you feel good with. Don't belive every hype, because you can be sure there is already another hype that…

If the number matches the number of your age, everything is fine. ;-)

I had a yummy vegan bacon cheese burger with french fries and vegan mayonaise today for lunch. It was delicious. I only eat fast food like this once in two or three month. So I have no bad thoughts about it. Yummy!

I'm doing it 5:2. Two days with 500-600kcl and five days normal eating (with counting, just to be sure not to over eat). And one day a week i'm eating saltfree to lose some water. I like it this way.
-
Overeating. I still eat everything, but while measuring it, I don't more than I'm hungry anymore. I would never give up anything I like just to become thin. But I gave up meat, but for other reasons.
-
You look like a good running partner.
-
No, that would make me so bored. I like to eat different things and things I love. So I do.
-
Capoeira lessons for both of us.
-
Don't eat subway anymore, because it's too boring (fpr vegitarians). Prefer a good burritto. ;-)
-
I add it.

I'm doing this two limited calories days too. And I'm doing the 16/8 thing, but not intentionally. It's just my meal rhythem (and it is since years) - but I just learned it's also called intemittent fasting. haha.
-
You can look at mine. ;-)

I never tasted it. You can only buy it in the organic supermarkt here and it's triple the price of normal organic milk (which is triple the price of the cheap regular milk from the normal supermarkt). But I'll try it one day.
