  • Thanks for all you answers. I drink absolutly enough, so it can't be dehydration. But probably it's something with my blood pressure in combination with my muscles in my back and neck. But still doesn't help me to change it. As I told I have it after yoga also as after jogging or zumba.
  • thanks - I'll keep an eye on my blood pressure.
  • Yeah - let them alive!
  • I like to snack Sauerkraut while watching tv. ;-)
  • I'm from Germany and yes! I also know to cook the most national dishes in a vegetarian version like veggie Bratwurst, Sauerkraut and mashpotatos or veggie Schnitzel, Rotkraut (red cabbage) and Maronen (chestnuts). But it's not possible to do a veggie version of the most traditional dish of my part of Germany - Saumagen…
  • Yeah, I know there is great nature around Vegas - I've been there and I liked it. But I don't need Vegas to let loose - I can do this at home. But that probably depends on where (country and city) you are from. If I wanna drink in the streets, clubs, bars - I can do it. If I wanna smoke in the streets, clubs, bars - I can…
  • Don't understand what everybody likes about being in Vegas. Been there once and that was enough - felt like walking around in a Disney World for adults. What's so specail about Vegas? I don't get it.
  • I prefer eating just twice a day - just lunch and dinner (and sometimes have a dessert after dinner) and feel realy well this way. I'm not hungry in the morning so I don't eat. When I know I'm out for dinner, I save calories at lunch (having just a 200kcl lunch for exmaple) and enjoy eating a proper dinner in the…
  • I think 7kg in 6 month is quiet ok - it's still 7kg at all. And if you are not overweight, but just normal, and wanna lose it oftens needs more time. also when you've already been a healthy eater. It's not really magic, if you lose weight fast, when you are 120kg and a fast food junkie and you switch to a health diary. ;-)…
  • Yeah, you are right. I switched and have my fasting days now not in a row anymore. It really feels good, having one or two fasting days a week - and if you choose your food right, you are not starving at all. I also added a salt free day to my diary (not on fasting days), to lose some water and get the feeling for salty…
  • I posted the recipe above - hope you like it. Best.
  • Yes I did. It's a realy easy buttermilk bread. Here is the recipe, if you wanna try it: 0.5 Liter buttermilk 1 tsp Salz 50 gr beet syrup 1 pack dry yeast (7 gr) 250 gr spelt flour 125 gr rye whole wheat 125 gr spelt whole wheat 50 gr linseed 50 gr sesame 75 gr sunflower seeds 1. Warm buttermilk, salt and syrup untill it's…
  • Make your bread yourself - for example a nice whole grain buttermilk bread.
  • And more yummy!
  • Yummy!
  • What's wrog with gluten if you have no gluten intolerance?
  • What kind of bread do you eat? And how much? But if you don't wanna eat it, that's your choice and that's totaly ok.
  • You are right about that. But sometimes a glas of good wine for pleasure is ok for me. Even because I'm from a wine area and my famliy makes our own wine. ;-)
  • Do you have a gluten intolerance or why are you avoiding them?
  • No one?
  • I eat salad all the time. Basic is always: lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a light mustard-honey dressing Then you can add: cousous, grilled aubergines, grilled zucchini, mini potatos, mozarella, dried fruits, pesto, joghurt, etc. - what ever you want. If you eat it without bread it around 250 calories.
  • Hi there, I eat properly - I just cutted my calories a bit because I couldn't work out the last month because of a sugery. Normaly I go to the gym and eat more and a bit different. I don't do it because I want to have a fast weightlose, I'm doing it because it has many other health benefits (seems you didn't read the links…
  • I had my first two days of fasting now and it was absolutly doable. First day was more easy. The second day I was realy hungry when I went ot bed - don't know if because it was the second day or because I had something different for dinner. Because it's just my first week, trying the two-day-fasting, I can't say how or if…
  • thanks for sharing your experience. that was very helpfull. I will definetly give it a try. Good luck for you. Respect miiimii
  • Yeah, many comments are very negative and personal. But hey, let the people yell, just do your thing - that's what I do. I just started trying this two day concept and will see how it will work. For me it's not to hard to eat only 600kcl for one or two days, because you can eat a lot of veggies for that amount of calories.…
  • thanks for your interessting and helpfull post.
