  • Hi all! -My goal for the 90 day challenge: Lose 12 pounds before my trip to Mexico on Dec 14! Lower carb is the only thing that works for me, so I'm going to try to keep carbs to under 100g per day as much as possible. -Starting Weight as of Sept 15th: 122 -Goal Weight: 110 -Height: 5'3"

  • This is the best team! You all rock! Completed my exercises, walked 2 miles (to and from work), did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and went to boxing class! Under calorie goal 10 glasses of water and counting...I'm waiting to update the spreadsheet in case I make it to 12 :)
