  • I would say plan your meals now. Google the restaurants around the hotel, download the nutrition info from their websites, and figure out what your going to eat. Personally, I found that what I would have guessed was the healthy option, isn't always the case once I get a hold of their nutritional info PDFs.
  • There are studies that have been done on junk food addiction. A quick google search will give you more info. I find that when I eat highly palatable foods, especially with unknown or knowingly bad ingredients (super high fat, sugar, etc), I tend to crave them afterwards.
