Im 5'7" and my goal is 150. Im 160 right now, Im have a naturally muscular build so anything under 150 looks funny on me.

Im gonna go with brussel sprouts on this one, I wouldnt go near them even a couple of years ago and now they are my first pick in the veggie section. On a side note I used to love the canned soups like progresso and campbell, but I tried one yesterday and literally threw it away, it tasted like metal and processed foods.

My goal this month is to attend 2 pole fitness classes a week. I usually can only do 1 due to school, kids, and work...you know LIFE! Since my body is doing more fat to muscle shifting than actual weigh loss right now Im gonna stick with that. :)

I gave up drinking at home a couple of months ago, now the only time I drink is on special occasions or at get togethers with friends. I definetly can tell the difference! My body is not retaining as much fluid and I am no longer starving the day after drinking trying to replace all my lost nurishments. Hope it helps!
