I am 5'8" I run 4 times a week for about 4.5 miles and lift weights after 2 of those days, and then I do insanity 2 other days of the week yea! its really frustrating to be working so hard and to not see the scale move! but thank you everyone for responding, I will definitely have to try increasing my calorie intake
