-
Hmmm, those sound kinda good, will have to try:smile:

I have a cheat meal/food once a week. I don't think a whole day would be good, I could rack up some food if it were a free day!!! Too hard to get it back off!!!

It is a great way to tone up and get your cardio all in one session. Great calorie burn  I think you should go for it!!!
-

Great come back!!! She's jealous I'm sure.
-
I have noticed that too!!! I always double check everything to make sure it is accurate as well.
-
Totally understand!!! I had my 3rd baby at 37 and the weight is refusing to leave my stomach, argh!!! Or that has been the case for 3 years!!! I'm with you, time to get the bod back!!! This site is an awesome tool!!!

I love Clean Eating mags and books!!! Tosca Reno's story is amazing and she has been very sucessfull. I use protien in some meals like my oatmeal and homemade smoothies, desserts, etc. I personally like BSN and Muscle Milk Light.

Good question!!! I always weigh before I cook it. Never thought about a roast though, I always look at how many servings it has and cut accordingly so I guess in a way that is weighing before also.

Thanks for reminding me!!! I forgot it is the beginning of the month, gotta get that 20% off!!! LOL

Hi, enter strength training/weightlifting. I would get an HRM because I think the site must be an average. I lift heavy and burn way more calories than the site gives me!!!
-
I've read that it does, that is why it is called break-fast. I don't eat right away because I jump out of bed and do cardio on an empty stomach, then wait one hour so my body is in fat burning mode. That is what I have read and also been told by personal trainers. If I don't do cardio, I eat within an hour of waking at…

I would count them but I wouldn't worry too much about eating something sweet every now and then.

Welcome!!! I understand the rat race, it is so overwhelming!!! It's great that you are taking some time for you!! Feel free to add me = )
-
I would eat something. I find that when I eat my next "meal" even when not hungry that I don't overeat. Your metabolism is like a fire and the more small meals you eat every 2-3 hours the hotter it burns.
-
Get rid of them! When you get to your goal weight, don't allow yourself to buy a bigger size, this will help you maintain. Keep up the good work!!!
-
When I was competing my trainer had me eating 4 oz of grilled/broiled fish or 4 egg whites right before bed time. Your body will work to burn the calories during the night as long as you eat protein, no carbs. It works and keeps your metabolism on fire!!!
-
I add a scoop of protein powder, a tbsp of flaxseed meal and a tbsp of chia seeds plus skim milk. If I'm feeling sluggish I add a tbsp of bee pollen.

Hi, it could be water weight. Be sure to drink plenty of water so you won't retain it. I've always found that too much sugar in my diet hinders my weight loss even if my calories are in the range they should be. Hang in there and don't get discouraged you may just need to tweak a few things = )
-
Yes, we need to get together soon!!
-
Hi! I've been on this site for a week and love it! It is so easy to track everything. You can meet your goal and you will feel and look fabulous!!!
-
NO!!!!!! Don't cave, it's too hard to work off!!! Plus I don't know about you but I always feel bad when I do give in to tempation!!!
-
Hi, if you are lifting weights you are going to gain muscle which weighs more than fat. I always let the way my clothes fit more than the scale be my guide. Water retention is always a factor too. Don't get discoraged, hang in there and keep up the hard work, it will pay off!!!
