Work them. Get on some kind of program or regimin that incorperates ab work on a regular basis. 3-4 times a week with cardio as well. That will definintely get the ball rolling.

Personally, I set my goal a little higher. Around what I might normally eat in a day(within reason) and not eat back my excersize calories. With that being said, if you go over one day and stay well under the next, it does even out in the end as far as I'm concerned.

I'm about to eat a turkey club w/provalone on an everything bagel thin. TGI Friday's bbq dip instead of mayo. (35 calories per 2 tbsp). 270 calores for the whole thing.

I once broke my right pinkie and the about half an inch of the bone came out. I wrapped the finger up and was about to leave for the hospital when I spotted the bone. I brought it with me and they put it back in. It's a little mis-shapen now and makes really loud noises when i bang it on anything.

I read somewhere that you should try not to eat within 2 hours of going to bed. I don't know if it is right or wrong, but I do it anyway.

I found that "workout trainer" by skimble is the best one for new routines. It sets you up with a new or existing routine, and then acts as your interval counter. Someone coaches you through each move and then tells you when to change to the next one. At the end, it gives you an estimated calorie count for the excersize.

I did P90X and loved every minute of it...after the first couple of weeks that is. I dropped 32 lbs by the end of the program and have been able to stay active enough to tone even further.

Our shifts are 8, with a MAX of 16. We can split the shift and have two people do 12's. Monday I got ordered for a 16, today I got ordered for 10, tomorrow I'm getting ordered for 12. If only I wasn't so burnt out, I'd actually enjoy my paycheck.
