  • Hi. I'm a newby too. I slacked (on posting on MFP) for the past week + but am back at it! It is much easier to slack on my calorie intake when I am not logging into MFP ... so ... I need to do this! Only 1 month before my beach vacation!
  • Hi. I joined 12 days ago and have lost 4 lbs. MFP is helping me become more mindful about my eating habits. Exercise is the easy part for me ... but since I LOVE FOOD, being more aware of my choices and portions is necessary for me to lose! WHAT ARE PEOPLES THOUGHTS ON ... Diet Soda?
