i work out mon-fri n i burn from 1100-2000 calories a day. i only been doing mfp for ab 7 days now. my goal is 2 weigh n bi-weekly.

i just did my 1st weight lifting class tonight. it was awesome. im not sure what im doing neither but i have a trainer. ill share my tips with u. mayb u can add me. dawnfcordero

before starting mfp, i was watching tv, n didnt realize i ate a whole bag of ZAPP'S chips. i would never do that again. as good as they were. its was soooooooo fatting. mfp has helped me so much lately. i think i will do great with this.
