No problem. I will add to the spreadsheet. If 145 is too low let me know and I can put a different goal weight in there! Based on the spreadsheet you are already 14% to that goal weight in just 2 weeks. So I think you can do it :D

SW-173 LW-171.6 CW-170.6 Well I am surprised I only lost 1 lb. I thought I would have lost 2 : ( But hey I'm moving in the right direction at least and week 2 is a tough week. Hopefully next week my weight will reflect my hard work. OMG next week I could potentially be out of the 170s. Hooray.

Also, my husband totally tried to sabatoge my week. He got Wendy's last night and I passed and ate the food I preparred on Sunday.

I am still feeling good. I had a really good week both diet and exercise. So I'm really hoping that I achieve a 1-2 lb weight loss. I have updated the spreadspread with the last 2 entries on this board. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I know I did. No problem everyone. This is more of a % toward your goal so for me my goal is 48lbs and I'm 3% there vs like biggest loser where they do like a % of your body weight lost.
