I decided to try on a pair of pre pregnancy pants even though I wanted to lose 5 more pounds before trying them on, and they fit. So excited.

You can do it :) If weight loss was easy then everyone would be skinny :D I definitely have my moments of weakness too, but what I usually say to myself is that nothing taste as good as skinny feels, that helps with my cravings :D Keep your head up.

SW-173 LW-169.4 CW-168.4 I'm happy with that, but a little annoyed because I weighed myself on Friday, because for my fitness program we weigh in every 10 days, I weight 168.0 last friday. Bummer, but I imagine an Easter weekend at my parents had something to do with. Hoping for better results next week :)

Good luck with the program. Weight lifting sometimes makes me add weight for a few weeks, but then it starts to go the other weigh. I'm sure you will do great.

SW-173.5 LW-172 CW-169.4 FInally back below 170, and this time its going to stay that way ; ) My husband and I are in the second week of power 90. It seems to be helping me lose a little more consistently, but we will see after we stick with it for a while. Congrats to Kelly for getting under 200.

LW-171 CW-172 Well I really am not that upset with that. I ended up in the hospital for 3 days last week with a staph infection and was recovering for several days so I really didn't move much. I think I will drop the weight quickly for next week now that I am back on track.

We try to meal plan. Usually on thursday or friday, I select a few options out of my cookbooks or the skinnytaste website, then I make my grocery list and try to stick to those items. On the weekend we try to cook a few meals for the week before hand, which kind of stinks because then we eat the same thing and that can be…

SW-173 LW-169.8 CW-171 Blah, I am not surprised, I got off track last week, we went to the circus and to my parents and I never keep control of my diet when I go there I think I've learned my lesson. Hopefully this is water weight.
