    Up early this morning. Great job Kelly! I am so thrilled with my loss this week. After last week-yay. Hoping to getout of 170s soon. Hard work but it paid off. :)

    Not sure what is going on I have exercised more and ate less for two weeks and not much to show for it. I new it would come off slow not having a thyroid, but dang it should come off a little more if I'm exercising two hours each day. :(

    Stubborn scale. Being down 10 pounds since 1/1 is great. I keep picking up a 10 bag of potatoes to remember what I've already lost. Hopefully next week the scale will start moving again- I know these weeks are to be expected, but frustrating all the same.

    Thanks April! Being up that early was not by choice or to get an early workout. I've been on extra long hours while we have a woman gone on maternity leave :( makes it hard to both get my workout in and cook healthy meals in the same day, I was surprised at how much I lost this week :)

    You did awesome, keep it up!

    That's a great idea!! I'll have to keep something around that weighs as much as I've lost.

    Thank You. Yikes! Excellent job and awesome determination. I have to just put it in my head this is my new way of life and working out is part of it. I want this so bad and I am not turning back. Getting older so need to nip this now and then learn to maintain. :)

    Got too busy yesterday at work to log in. I had another bad week, but I did not log in for several days because I was potty training my son, so I expected it. I have to stop making excuses.
