Weekly Weigh In 11/13/13
I had a really bad week. Ending up not caring food wise on the weekend and eating what I wanted. Then, after that, It was hard to get back on track for the week and ate a bunch of junk last night. I went up but its not too bad. Going to buckle down and try harder to stay on track this week. SW:189 LW: 138 CW: 138.6
Weekly Weigh In 11/6/13
I had a pretty good week besides being deathly sick but luckily it was only a 24 hour bug. On that day I barely ate so I think that is why I had such a low weigh in. And yesterday, I barely felt very good so I had a low calorie day. SW: 189 LW: 139.2 CW: 138
Weekly Weigh-in 10-30-13
SW: 201 Lw: 177.8 CW: 179 UGGGGGGG! I am feeling very frustrated. I have been under my calorie count and walked on the weekend. Hoping for a much better week, but with halloween, we shall see.
