Weekly Weigh In 11/13/13

I had a really bad week. Ending up not caring food wise on the weekend and eating what I wanted. Then, after that, It was hard to get back on track for the week and ate a bunch of junk last night. I went up but its not too bad. Going to buckle down and try harder to stay on track this week.
