    Had a rough week since I've been sick all week, but even without much exercise I still dropped a pound. Yay! Hoping to starting feeling better and get some more workouts in this week. Good job everyone!

    Got too busy yesterday at work to log in. I had another bad week, but I did not log in for several days because I was potty training my son, so I expected it. I have to stop making excuses.

    Total Loss: 4lbs!

    A bit disappointed this week but I have been cheating a lot :-( I need to start exercising but don't know what to do!

    I don't know what I was before...but this week I'm going to start with 179 and we'll see what happens. hopefully i'll do better at checkin in more often this month!
