mine is the lack of desire to work out. i can change my eating habits all i want, i wont c the results i want till i get up n break a sweat.

an newbie as well. thought the food journal n calorie counter could be useful. been losing weight for 2 yrs. now,slowly. about 10 lbs. a yr. i'm lazy n dont really workout. need to change that this yr. need 15 more off n it won't happen just thru changes in what i eat anymore.
