  • I did spinning 3 times a week for about 6 months and have no fat on my legs at all (still have a bit of inner thigh that just wont budge and Im thinking of the lipo laser), Im sure its spinning along with squats and lunges.   • It would be so good if you could pick where it goes from, dont want to lose any more off my bust or legs but waist at least another 3 inches!! oh and the fat around my bra straps :-)
  • We do need to eat less than a non pcos lady to get the same results as we naturally store fat very efficiently (lucky us). If we ate the RDA to maintain we would still gain 2lb a month so a stone a year. I tend to stick to around 1200-1400 calories a day and do 45-60 mins exercise.
  • I have a wide waist too (but do have PCOS), legs and thighs are pretty good but that darn waist will always be wide I think and it seems to be where my fat stays....
