I'm not an expert, but I can tell you that for me limiting carbs have worked. I am very overweight, and used to eat a lot of carbs in the form of bread, rice, potatoes etc. By cutting that out I've been losing steadily. I do however still eat brown rice from time to time, and the odd slice of bread or water crackers etc.…

Very cute! You look wonderful. Well done on your achievements thus far and just keep at it, you will start losing again. Sometimes it takes a while to find that sweet spot again!

You look awesome.... I'm happy for you that you found that sweet spot of not stressing about what you eat any more, AND losing weight. I couldn't believe that I can actually eat more and lose weight - I love this new life and want to keep at it forever. But, still have quite an uphill battle ahead of me. Thanks for posting…

Yes, prednisone comes in pill form but it is basically cortisone as I understand it. It also has a lot of short term and long term side effects and one can get addicted to it very easily (within 7 days)... unfortunately it is the only thing that works for my asthma. I hope my lungs will be better soon so that I can get off…

Yeah, I'm also on prednisone ~ it is absolutely amazing how hungry it makes me feel. Tonight when I couldn't stand it anymore, I ate a lot of spinach! Thanks for your good advice! Should have thought of that earlier!

I've been eating much more than before (but maintain a healthy balance and don't eat any white stuff if I can avoid it), and I eat back all my exercise calories. I've been losing weight steadily for the past 6 weeks! It's almost too good to be true! I'm sure my loss will slow down some in the near future, but then I will…

Looking great! You have just convinced me to take measurements - up until now I've been losing weight, but I'm not going to be happy when the scale freezes up on me. The last week, I've also been feeling thinner, with little change on the scale. Guess it is time to take those measurements - Thanks for the very visual…

Thanks for this info - I'm so ill-informed so any info helps. I want to use the powder to make a high protein, low calorie meal in the morning - I will use other things as base (e.g. cottage cheese, yogurt, tofu etc. and add frozen fruit etc. as well as scoop of protein powder to boost the meal a bit. . I enjoy drinking…
