I try to make it a cheat MEAL, not the entire day, because I would go WAY over if I did an entire day. But, I still log it to keep myself accountable. (I tend to think "If I don't log it, it won't count". lol.)

Since they make me CRAVE sugar I stay away from them. I also quit having restless legs when I stopped drinking them.

I want a "like" button too! Because the only way to show you like a comment is to quote it...and post it...which makes the threads VERY long and takes up space on the interwebs. (sarcasm at myself.) I don't form opinions based on "# of likese something gets". I just want people to know that I LIKE their comment.

When you meet a teen mother (16) but realize you're old enough to be the baby's gramma. When Nirvanna is referred to as "oldies"... When you have to explain what a WALKMAN was/is. :( When you tell a teen that cell phones didnt used to take pictures, let alone play games and give you directions. :(

We LOVE Game of Thrones! I haven't read the books, but I love the show. My husband played the CCG a few years ago. My favorite character is Tyrion. And...John Snow. Mmmmmmmm......John Snow..........*drools* *snaps back* Anyhoo...it is my favorite thing to watch. We watch the seasons over and over. :)

Feel free to add me too! :D I've struggled with ED and emotional eating since I was 16. (18 years) I FINALLY realized that I needed to give it to God a few months ago. For some reason I never thought of doing so before. HE has changed me. I am much less of an emotional eater now, because of HIM.

MFP is usually against these types of diets. They may be quick fixes but are NOT healthy.

I don't know about anyone else..but If I'm allowed to eat ANYTHING for 8 hours a day I can very easily do over my 1830 maintainence goal and lose weight. Heck...I've been at work for 5.5 hours and I've already consumded 1230.

My butter dish stays on my counter. You don't actually have to keep it in the fridge. Mine doens't spoil before I use it all, and sometimes it will be out for almost 2 weeks if I don't get to cook a lot.

Sure...in a VERY unhealthy metabolism damaging way. Like what I did to myself. The cayenne pepper lemonade diet fast is not supposed to be a DIET. It is supposed to be a cleanse. Either way, it is BAD for you. It just made me HANGRY.

THIS! AND Are you eating back your exercise calories? It is possible you aren't eating enough if you are burning so many calories that your net calories for the day goes below 1200.

Welcome! :) It is VERY possible. Stevia or RebA is the only one that doesn't bother me...but it is actually NATURAL. Vitamin Water Zero uses it. AND there is Zevia, which is a 0 cal soda. Tastes like diet...but satisfies carbonaation cravings. :)

Agree with the others. Protein helps you stay full and fiber from veggies help too! PLUS your body needs more protein. BUT, good job on making an effort. :) Stick with the calories MFP gives you, and log everything.

You can still lose weight on MORE calories per day...so WHY NOT eat more? I was ana/mia from 16-20...PLEASE research your BMR and TDE and lose weight that way. I did WW and loved the meetings, but when I lost my job I couldn't pay for meetings. I like using MFP app better because it is FREE and 1330 calories seems like more food than 29 points. lol.

I don't do any of the low sugar stuff because the artifical sweeteners give me wicked leg cramps. IF I'm going to have something sweet I opt for mini candy bars. OR lollipops because they last longer. :) For me, I just look for lower calorie regular stuff. I LOVE the Cheetos cheddar popcorn stuff. Or cheezy poofs. But,…

Do you drink DIET soft drinks? If so...try cutting them out COMPLETELY. Any time I have ANY artificial sugar (including Splenda) I have leg cramps at night. Artificial sweeteners deplete potassium. No diet coke = no leg cramps. (for me anyway.)
