Have you thought about 2nd breakfast? Or elevensies? :wink: I have part of my breakfast when I get to work and save the rest for mid morning. If I don't eat a little something I eat everything in sight by lunch time.

I don't call them cheat days because it makes it sound like I'm overeating. I call it "maintenance days" because I know that I'm really just eating at the calorie amount I would be getting on maintenance (roughly 500 calories over my daily intake since MFP is set to sedentary.) I'm not Catholic, but I do think giving up something that is hard for you to give up to spend more time focusing on God is a good idea. A few years ago I gave up Walmart (had a serious addiction). This year I'm giving up my go to "bad day foods" because when I have a bad day I should focus on God, not food. I'm giving up…

Fat free foods are better for you. I used to work at a candy distribution center. We had tons and tons of chocolate and candy. I used to work chocolate into my WW points for the day. The girl I shared an office with ate gummie bears all day because you can't get fat if the food is FAT FREE. :noway: :laugh:

Eat chocolate! If you are diabetic, choose wisely but other wise just fit it into your daily calories. I am ignoring the donuts in the office break room so that I can have chocolates later. ;)

IF you have a decent relationship with food and aren't struggling with an eating disorder, then don't pay any attention to them. Of course...when my hubby asked me to not lose anymore (when I got to my goal weight LAST time) I listened because he knows what he likes. :wink:

Question: Is she aware of the concern? If not, please don't make a big deal out of it but figure out ways to up her calories. I struggled with eating disorders in high school. Ice cream as a treat has protein, fat, and calcium. Or, peanut butter and trail mixes as a snack. Honestly though...think back to when you were that…

I love carbs! I lose with carbs! I will say though, that if I'm trying to eat things that are filling and will last me until my next meal/snack I try to have protein. BUT I do still eat pasta, bagels, and white potatoes. :)

Ok....now I need to know what kind of armor. I have a S.O.B. Costume that I'm working on getting back into and also rebuilding the backpack. I am contemplating an Ork costume...but I'm not a fan of the masks/makeup.

I had to wear my husband's Batman belt to work yesterday because my jeans are too loose without a belt but I haven't lost enough to buy new jeans and I don't own a belt in my current size. And his belt FITS. :(

I just plan for night eating...because I'm going to do it anyway. Breakfast and lunch I can pretty much control my food options, and I always try to save about 200 calories for after dinner because I know I'll want cereal or froyo. :) Don't deprive yourself. Just plan for what is going to happen anyway. :) Also...eat more…

I'm planning on eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I am satisfied. Not stuffed, but happily full. And I plan on MOST of my meals being pumpkin pie. I may just live off pumpkin pie that day. ;)
