I eat out a lot because my life doesn't get me home for dinner more than 2 or 3 nights per week, which I realize makes it harder to lose. The day AFTER I went over my 900 calories I weight the LEAST I've weighed since I started. Bodies are complicated. Lol.

Chinese food for lunch and then canned tomato soup for dinner. I feel silly for worrying. But you know how it is, when you only record weight once a week you hope that the one day you weigh you show a loss.

:) Thank you. I KNOW that it could be water weight from too much salt in Chinese food yesterday...or bathroom related. Not giving up. NOT going to McDonalds for apple pie and big mac either. So..that is a HUGE NSV for me. (emotional eater).

I ate at maintenance for 9 weeks. The idea behind it is to eat at the calorie level you need to NOT LOSE for several weeks, and no cardio. Strength training only, if you want. Actually...it says I want to lose 2-3 lbs because I've gained weight since I've gone to maintenance (which is part of the metabolic repair that scares me...but most people gain on it.) I actually needs to lose 17-20 lbs. I actually thought I was taking too long to try repairing at 8 weeks. But, I think I will start slowly…

I LOVE this recipe! Sometimes I even just do: Chicken breasts and 1 jar of salsa. Slow cook 6-8 hours. Shred Use for tacos or whatever you need shredded chicken for.

I didn't log it...but I did look up the calories in a gnat because I swallowed one while riding my bike. FYI...1 calorie per gnat. ;)
