You OBVIOUSLY either don't know anyone who suffers from an eating disorder OR you are currently IN an ED relationship and are happy with it. Sorry...but this is not helpful to OP

THIS!!!!!!!!! I was eating ALL of my exercise calories back every day and then going over on the weekends. Now I eat somewhere between 1200 and 2000 calories per day. (usally WAY more than 1200 because 1200 is too low.)

I purposely walk to McDonalds on my lunch hour for 170 calorie cone! :) Worth the 30 minute round trip. lol. I could STILL eat ramen noodles every day...if they didn't make me feel so blah afterwards. Man...I miss ramen. lolol. Not worth the 400 calories. :(

You may also not be eating enough. Yes, it happens. 1200 is probably too low for you. When I was 168 with 20 lbs to lose I got 1350 with setting MFP to 1 lb a week. I upped my calories from 1200 and started losing. (I also eat all my exercise calories back.)

*raises hand* Or...I used too but my husband won't "let" me wear flip flops to mow anymore. Something about it seeming unsafe due to my lack of gracefulness. lolol Another one: My new work shirt is loose around the boob area!!! It is a men's medium and it that size is usually tight in that area.

Yep. OR, grab a healthy snack that won't put you too far over for the day and the next day try to make choices that won't leave you hungry. :) (look at my diary for Tuesday. I was hungry ALL day, because of the poor choices that I made.)

I actually logged into my spark people account the other day. I forgot how much like myspace it was! At the time I used it I had a myspace account but it was blocked at work. Sparkpeople wasn't blocked. lolol. Too much stuff going on.

So...I tried this. Some people call it the "Lemonade" Diet. Tried it while working at a health food store because I was trying to "cleanse the toxins" out of my body. (I was drinking the Kool-Aid at the time. lol.) Made it through the entire day of work while sipping on the stuff. Got home and flipped out with the HANGER…

I had to use the google. Lololol. I'm pretty sure you could substitute that with any other fruit or berry for the same results. Wow.

log everything, every day for success! Also, eat back 1/2 to all of your exercise calories (something different from Sparkpeople.) Good luck!

My yoga pants and leggings are loose!!!!! They are still snug in some areas but they are definitely loose!

It actually depends on the person. I was a recovered/over weight ex-anorexic who could NOT lose weight no matter what I did because I "dieted" for too long. I was 7 years recovered and "dieted" for several years trying to lose 20 lbs. Last year I actually had to go on maintenance for several months before starting back on…

AWESOME!!! :) I can't knit so I'm having my scarf made. I can crochet but it wouldn't look accurate. (Yeah...I'm one of those. lolol.)
