I added you! Over summer I'm not sure how often I'll be on the forum but I'll be trying to track everyday :)

14-20

maybe I'd get "He who does not weep does not see" from Les Miserables
-
I always lose a little bit off my boobs but I'm only 36A so it's not a big deal for me. Just for the record I don't look flat chested,... honest!
-
I do this too, I also binge after workouts etc at times. I think for me it is a self-sabotage thing. I have suffered with self harming in the past and I think it is just a continuation of that.

Hey, I'm trying to go from 137 to 122. I'm 21 and 5ft 4. Feel free to add me
-
You've already done so well. Great job :D
-
I'm 20, will be 21 on June 7th. Feel free to add me. The more the merrier :D

I have this exact same problem where I hurt myself by bingeing and then binge more because I figure the damage is already done. I totally understand where you are coming from.

I'm in!

This is something I'm working on already. My next minor change is going to be cutting out candy. Maybe having it once a week or something instead of as a regular thing.
-
My goal is 120lbs or thereabouts
-
@SecretLobster That's how I did it the last time but I'm hoping watching portion sizes, cutting out soda + sweet things and exercise will be enough to at least give me a start on it while working over the summer. As I said making my own food isn't really an option when I'm staying at work.

Hey I'm 21 (in 2 weeks) and looking to lose about 15lbs. Feel free to add me

I think different weights are comfortable for different people. I think I had a 27" waist at 117lbs. I guess we just carry our weight differently. :) I'm glad you are happy with your body

Sorry if that is going to come across as offensive. I'm not body shaming at all. I hate body negativity and I never judge others because of their weight. Just for me being heavier isn't comfortable. I'm sorry if that was taken out of context and I offended you or anyone else.
