Some small turkey sandwiches and laughing cow wedges (swiss or strawberry cream cheese one..delish) with strawberries sound satisfying. You can pack them in a small lunch box no problem :) Happy travels

My workout partner is the same way. She says she can't eat eggs in the morning. Does it help if you pair your protein with a complex carb? I always seem to feel the best when I eat them together and since I go to the gym in the morning I need all the energy I can get! Good luck and I hope you find what works for you.

I did p90x and I actually found it to be a good fit for me. It's not a ton of cardio which I loved! The focus is definitely on the upper body, but does give attention to the core and lower half. If you love Yoga then day 6 is for you, it's 1 hour and half long!!!! Other then skipping the yoga most weeks I got great results…

5'6 1/2 ....I don't like to say i'm 5'6 cause i'm taller then that, but 5'7 makes me feel like i'm lying Current weight is 155 Goal weight is 140 So much depends on your frame at this height!! I could NEVER be 120, unless I lost a good majority of my muscle mass and starved myself. I have felt my absolute best at 138!

I hear ya! I did dead lifts on Saturday and Ill probably still be sore by the end of this week. However I have found that taking my post workout recovery shake has significantly helped with the soreness. I know athletes take ice baths to decrease inflammation but I just can't bring myself to go that far. I'm afraid being…
