Everytime I get a week of no loss, or even a bit of a game i change up my program. Now Im eating a cut of my TDEE and I go to the gym 3 times a week and I lose at least 2 lbs a week. Its not the same for everyone but I just keep trying new things until i get the results i want.

I guess I'm lucky to have everyone around me supporting me. Especially my boyfriend, on my weekly weigh ins even if I dont lose as much as I want he always tells me what a good job I'm doing and reminds me of what I have lost so far and doesnt let me get down on myself if I slip up. =]

I've given up going to my favorite mexican place every weekend with my friends, good food and GIANT drinks that are half off during happy hour. I only go once every two months now, gave up pop/soda and fast foods.

LOL exactly! Its great workout and fun at the same time...even if you do look extremely stupid doing it...or is that just me?

Dance Central for xbox they have fitness modes and you can burn alot of calories if you really try.

I only log things I do at the gym or when I get really intense into playing Dance Central =] Everything else like cleaning or walking around stores etc. is just extra that I dont count on.

Something about a cover on the engine could catch fire if oil leaks on it, so everyone that has one has to take it in to get fixed.
