Fitbit or HR Monitor?
So I'm re-starting my weight loss journey and I am wanting to get either a fitbit or hr monitor. My question is which one would be best for tracking my activity and helping me lose weight? Thanks for any suggestions =]

Weighing in clothes?
So I might sound like a total noob but i weigh myself with clothes & shoes on (because i use the scale at the gym) so should i be subtracting something from the number it gives me? I seen another post on here about it but couldnt find it when i went back to look for it.

Its not working anymore...
I know this gets posted a million times but...I'm not losing anymore. I've been doing everything the same since I started but the last couple weeks the scales are not moving (and neither are the inches) and I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong? Help please?
Why does MFP lower my calorie deficit as I lose weight instead of lowering my calorie goal for the day? They only way it lowers my daily goal is when i go back into my goals and set it up again.

Confused
The more articles I read on here the more confused I get. So my question is, do I need to be calculating other stuff for my calories or would it be okay to leave it all up to MFP to tell me how many calories i should be eating?

Net calories
I have had breakfast lunch and a snack and my net calories is only 453 (after factoring in exercise i got 504 extra calories) So i have just over 1,000 calories left to eat today...my dinner will probably be nowhere near this.
