  • I noticed if I eat the 3 meals a day I tend to eat more. I am used to the big dinner meal and a small meal during the day, which I ate less. I felt fine, its weird how all our bodies work differently.

  • I do 42 minutes of cardio, thats hip hop abs, then i do 28 minute of level 1 shred, i do them one after the other. I weigh 244 so yes I will burn that much thats what mfp says, no I will not open my diary sorry, seems I am getting enough critized just for asking a question

  • my water intake is about 8-10 cups per day. I increased it for that reason, but all I am doing is peeing more. lol
