Force yourself to drink more water. I had the same problem, as soon as I turned to water i noticed I wanted to drink it more, esp on hot days. If I want more other than water I turned to water enhancers such as Mio and they have so many flavors.

I agree with some of these people, I would add more fresh fruit n veggies, less bread and other things, too many carbs, maybe up your protein a bit. Your best bet would be to get a hrm with a chest strap. When I counted calories through mfp, its was alright but you burn different from day to day. Like I do hip hop abs, one day I could be burning 11 cals per minute, next it could be 8. So dont depend on a site or mfp, a hrm is your best bet. I have a sportline with…

I think the best detox you'll get is, working out, sweatin your butt off and drinking plenty off water. I feel good doing this. I dont trust the drinks.

Cheese is ok in moderation but I have found sliced cheese for less cals. I just cant remember the name of it. I only get it once in awhile when I crave for grilled cheese.

I have 4 kids, so I know where your coming from, but I would still do some type of exercise. Always do something you like and it wont be so dreadful.
