I've never lived in a city that has one but my dad did and he loved it. I just bought the reMix Kickboxing DVDs with weighted gloves and ankle weights by Gold's Gym though, I really like it!

Kashi Chocolate soft baked squares!! it's basically a brownie. Only 160 cals and it's made with sweet potatoes and black beans but you would never even know it. Very Delicious!

I definitely never want to, but it's a big part of the reason I gained a lot of weight after I turned 21. Calories from alcohol add up WAY faster than what you would think so it's very important to log!

I'm going to let myself splurge on the day of Thanksgiving and the day of Christmas and Christmas eve when I have family get togethers. I like to mix plain greek yogurt (tastes like sour cream) with packets of dry ranch and dip veggies in it. Very low cal!

If you're a beer drinker, I drink Budweiser Select 55. They have half the calories of a regular Bud Light which has 110 Calories, and that adds up fast if you're drinking all night. Sure, the 55's have a lower alcohol content, but if you want to slow down your calorie intake, you have to sacrifice somewhere I guess.
